From his review, it doesn't seem like you're getting too much of a speed increase for the extra 10k. Like one of the comments, most of that cost probably comes from a more stylish interior.

There's also a sense of exclusiveness that comes with one so they might be banking partially on that.

If the buyers are going for a sense of exclusiveness and luxury then they will most likely go for the Audi but it'll cost you around 15,500 more in American dollars. The Gold also has manual available but I'm not sure if the Audi has it too.

Yea, I think that if exclusivity is your thing, you'll go with the Audi. It has a bit more status associated with it.

For $15k its going to be a big jump for a lot of people but those who can freely move up that way should by all means.
